Improve the reliability and intelligence level of display application products, build a well-known brand with international influence, improve market competitiveness.
4. Attach importance to supporting the basic research and innovative application of led products, especially the technological development of led in the field of optical communication, and give high attention and support to major technology hotspots such as LIFI.
5. Promote the technology upgrading and application of led display application products in energy saving and emission reduction. Promote the application and development of led products around national strategies such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordination, the Belt and Road Initiative, and new urbanization.
6. To create an environment for the development of led industry, guided and promoted by the government, integrate production factors through the market, optimize resource allocation, and cultivate and form a number of innovative led enterprises whose technology level and industrial scale are leading in the same industry in the world and whose brands have international influence.
